Departures run small, so a place is held in conversation rather than clicked. Tell us who you are and which window suits; a guide confirms your place and the final details by email. There is no card to enter — the booking is made together.

Reservation requests are read by the guides who will ride with you, not a booking desk, and one of them replies within 48 hours.
